                                                                             Hi, my name is Misha.

I am here to help you listen to your body with compassion.

I am a nationally board certified health and wellness coach with a positive psychology approach. My passion is psychophysiology - understanding the way our minds, emotions, and bodies interact together. My national board exams were taken in partnership with the same organization that licenses doctors in the United States: the National Board of Medical Examiners. I have been certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine.

I am also a course facilitator at FMCA training new coaches. For almost three decades I have had international training and experience in human development and leadership. I have studied psychology and human services at Trinity Western University. I am a lecturer in seminars, conferences, and classrooms on the gift of pain and the power of enjoyment over fear to bring about lasting changes in our behavior and choices. I am trained in Crucial Conversations – tools for how to talk when stakes are high.

I work with most of my clients virtually through the online platform of Zoom - allowing them flexibility and convenience for scheduling appointments. In-person sessions can also be requested.

It is a delight and honor for me to work with clients who are just beginning a new health journey or with those who are stuck and looking for partnership in areas they need fresh perspective and support. Please feel welcome to fill out the form below for a free initial phone consultation and to ask any questions you may have.
