Hi, my name is Misha. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults in learning how to listen to and care for their emotions and bodies.

I help with learning emotional regulation techniques, strength-based self-awareness and relationships, rest strategies, grief support, stress management, healthy habit establishment, nervous system repair and care, and much more. A primary area of focus is the way our brains, emotions, and bodies interact with each other - and how that impacts our connection with others. I love working with clients who are just beginning a new health journey, and with those who are stuck and looking for partnership in areas where they need fresh perspective and support.

My national board exams were taken in partnership with the same organization that licenses doctors in the United States: the National Board of Medical Examiners. I have studied psychology and human services at Trinity Western University and I have also been certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine. I have worked as an instructor at FMCA training new coaches. While working there we were recipients of the Excellence in Teaching and Training Award for 2020 from the United States Distance Learning Association. In addition to seeing clients in my own private practice, I also offer mentoring appointments for new coaches and consultations for experienced coaches. This can be arranged on a one-time or recurring basis.

I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation by phone. Please feel free to fill out the form below to schedule a consultation, or to ask any questions. I work with many of my clients virtually through an online platform allowing them flexibility and convenience for scheduling appointments. In-person sessions can also be requested (while honoring required covid protocols.)

Thank you! I look forward to connecting with you.
