Hi, my name is Misha. I specialize in working with children, adolescents, and adults in learning how to listen to and care for their emotions and bodies.
One of my greatest joys in life is working with clients to help them see the beauty and gifts they offer the world. I am passionate about helping people learn how to listen to and trust their bodies, developing relationships of gentleness with and enjoyment in who they are.
I help with learning emotional regulation strategies, strength-based self-awareness, rest, and nervous system care. My main area of interest is the way our brains, emotions, and bodies interact with each other - and how that impacts our connection with others. I love working with clients who are just beginning a new health journey, and with those who are stuck and looking for partnership in areas where they need fresh perspective and support.
My national board exams were taken in partnership with the same organization that licenses doctors in the United States: the National Board of Medical Examiners. I have studied psychology and human services at Trinity Western University and I have also been certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy in collaboration with the Institute for Functional Medicine. I have worked as an instructor at FMCA training new coaches. In addition to seeing clients in my own private practice, I also offer mentoring appointments for new coaches and consultations for experienced coaches. This can be arranged on a one-time or recurring basis.
I offer a free initial 20-minute consultation by phone. Please feel free to fill out the form below to schedule a consultation, or to ask any questions. I work with many of my clients virtually through an online platform - allowing them flexibility and convenience for scheduling appointments. In-person sessions can also be requested.
